As a wife, mom of two rainbow babies (and three in heaven), and through my own experience as a mental health professional, I understand the struggle of balancing life’s demands while seeking peace and connection. Navigating my own journey of grief, career shifts, and parenting, I’ve seen how easily overstimulation takes over—and how often screens become a default escape. But I’ve also learned that small, intentional changes can transform family life from merely “getting through” the day to truly enjoying moments together.
